Our Story:
In 2024, after purchasing my 2nd home, I happened to listen to a few Christian entrepreneurs speak at a conference when I initially became more intrigued in real estate investing. After attending a multi-day event, the instructors highlighted how many people feel absolutely burdened by their current situations, whether it's pre-foreclosure, inheriting a probate property, or scrambling to sell a property during divorce. On the flip-side of the coin, for each "problem" there was always someone who had the "opposite issue". For Example: Perhaps the kids have moved out of mom and dad's 4-bedroom home, making the couple feel like empty nesters in a large house. Yet, a separate family suddenly needs a larger home to take care of their elderly parents. With some diligent match-making, the initial couple can now pursue their dream of downsizing and relocating ,while the growing family repurposes the 4-bedroom home. With Eternal Estates, the end-goal is always a win-win solution that may require creativity and open-mindedness the average real estate agent can potentially overlook. Eternal Estates LLC was designed to help people out of distressed situations or distressed properties, whether they're looking to buy, sell, or renovate their property. We are plugged into a network of people nationwide who have been helping families for 30+ years. We hope to help you towards your next goal in life.
